Well worth the time
I hadn't been to this Cheetahs before - I had visited in Las Vegas, Atlanta and Sarasota previously - and expected a fairly standard experience. I have to say that when I saw there were not private VIP rooms, I grew skeptical of just how impressive this place could be. What a misread! Gals were mostly 7-8's, and very friendly but not pushy at all. I had been told to have a dance with Sylvia, and it is the best advice I have been given in ages. She was incredible, and if you don't mind the semi-public setting of the dances, I can tell you she certainly doesn't. Tip - she works afternoons to early evenings only, but rearrange your schedule to accommodate her schedule! She was the only I got dances from - when you have the best, why play around with unknown quality of others?
Bouncers were good guys; not shoving their weight around, and when I thought I had lost my phone, they were very helpful. Bar maids were friendly, drinks decent and the typical not high priced, watered down variety. There are two U shaped bars with a raised dance floor and pole in the middle of each, and between the two of them is another larger stage against the wall opposite the entrance. Not really the sort of place for a railing seat and a continual demand for dollars, and the guys there seemed appreciative of that and spent money on dances. Place is very couples friendly. A masseuse named Katrina gave some serious backrubs for $10 - very good, and/but I woke up sore in the morning from her work on my back.
ABsolutely the best deal in Miami. No hustling for upsale of VIP dances that turn out to be the same as the ones in the main room, reasonable prices and true appreciation of tips that go beyond those prices. I've found a new club home, and plan to return often.
