I just went to Safari for the first time since it was "Doc's." I was surprised! There were WAY more people there than before - finding seating was difficult at times (it was a Friday night). There was a $5 cover. There were tons of dancers as well. There were 3 dancing at almost all times, and lots of them sitting all over talking to the customers. The girls were generally pretty good looking, but of course, there was lots of variety. The girls seemed as friendly as you'd hope for, and the music wasn't too loud. Didn't get any dances and didn't see anyone else getting any either. I'd go back. However, I do sort of miss the old dive bar atmosphere of Doc's...
