Did a day and a night visit within the past week...

Day: Very laid-back and quiet atmosphere with a good mix of chicas. Women are generally on the older side but the quality is still there. Dance areas upstairs and behind the stage are nearly deserted for optimum privacy. Fort-building is the rule and not the exception as the penguin flock doesn't arrive until later. Beverage servers generally more pleasant and less pushy. Transition to night shift usually begins slowly around 6PM or so. Rating: 9

Night: A real zoo and a hell of a lot noisier than days. Crowd usually peaks around 11PM. Girls are almost all under 30 and silicon is more apparent. The hustle factor is also much higher at night. Dance areas are perpetually filled to capacity meaning you may have to queue while waiting for an open spot. Forget about forts at night as it'll never happen. For one thing, the Penguin Patrol is constantly on the prowl and doesn't hesitate to relocate chairs that may be concealing. Secondly, there is so much traffic in and out of the dance areas that forts aren't really even viable. In a nutshell, expect a lot of company and little if any privacy. Rating: 7
