Like other reviewers, I'm not sure what to make of this SC

Not your typical SC. Pretty run down place, chairs are worn out, uncomfortable, etc. I heard the whole strip mall will be knocked down next year -- if that's the case it won't pay to fix this place up much but if that's not true,...
