Another day in the cleve scene

I wouldn't normally go here, but an out of town guest convinced me to try it out again. We headed down town. There was noone at the gate so didn't have to pay for parking in their empty lot. Coughed up 10 a piece for cover. Club is as nice as I remember. Seating is adequate, with tables far enough apart from another. One thing this club gets right is the amount of lighting... not too much, not too little. Bar was open to right when I came in. No bouncers or greeters inside the door, which I actually prefer.

Place was basically empty, so found a table. Drink girl came over right away and took our orders... I ordered a watered down coke. I think I took 2 sips before another girl was asking if I needed another drink... they always do that here. Anyway, show was good. We were seated away from stage, so didn't get personal attention from the stage dancers. Girls came around frequently. A couple just lean real close and ask if I want a dance... like my buddy didn't know what she was asking. Some of the others sat and chit-chatted. I paid for 1 dance for my friend with a short brunette dancer. He said it was very tame, which is unlike the dances I'd gotten there years ago. Not sure if it was just that dancer or if all dances are less fun. Anyway, stayed less than 2 hours talking with my buddy, then we got out of there.

Overall, still a great looking club. Girls are nice, but dances are unfortunately not as good as they used to be. Drinks are normal inflated club prices. Fun night, will return here probably only to entertain my friends, but not by myself.
