I do not usually find myself in or anywhere near Harvey -- especially on a Sunday and most especially not in the later afternoon. But, here I was. Without any preplanning at all, I decided to stop by Arnie's and see if anything tickled my fancy -- fully intending nothing specific. I entered and greeted the Bouncer warmly, extracting cash from my pocket. He returned his welcome warmly waiving me in without cover.

Nice! First good sign. I entered, showed good faith, striding to the bar and immediately ordering a light beer without even looking around. Upon paying, settling in to a seat, glancing at the football on the TVs, I finally notice only 2 other PLs and NO DANCERS. NONE. Wow! I was too early. They must have just opened or something.

Oh well, I entered with low expectations and they were now confirmed. Resigned to finishing my beer and effecting my exit, I was startled to feel the slightest touch by my ear. Not one, but two AA dancers had appeared from behind me unseen! One chose me to flirt with and the other one of the other two PLs. Being seated near their dressing room had its advantage. This dancer (Crayon or Korean or some name sounding like that) immediately offered the Arnies handshake most energetically. She asked if I was there to have fun. Of course, why else would I go to Arnies if not for fun? She admitted that she had just arrived and was hoping for a good night. She offered me just what I would have chosen for a mere 60. I demurred (to make her feel good about her offer) and, after keeping her wondering for 60 seconds or so, agreed, while pretending to be ambivalent. Ultimately, she worked hard for the money, so hard for it honey.
