Not really a strip club, but they have strippers (or stripper)

This club is in the building that used to be Pallas. Pallas closed at the beginning of the year and has re-opened as a live music/comedy/karaoke/bar with strippers. It is not your typical Portland strip club or even primarily a strip club. It's a live entertainment venue that has strippers. I've been here twice. I'm writing this review with the assumption that you have some familiarity with Pallas from before it closed. If you need context, I think the Pallas reviews are still available on TUSCL if you search for them.

The new owners have done some remodeling. Both of the old Pallas stages have been removed and a new, tiny (approximately 6 feet by 6 feet) dancer stage has been added in one corner where the bank of video lottery machines used to be. The video lottery machines are now in the pool table area. A performers' (not strippers/dancers) stage has been added against the wall that separated the main room from the VIP room. Chairs and tables now fill the area where the stripper stages used to be. The old lap dance booth area appears to be filled with sound stage equipment and the old VIP room appears to be where all lap dances now take place.

The first night I was at this club was opening night. They had multiple live bands performing and the place was packed. On the other hand, there were no (zero) strippers there that night (a fact which the bouncer/doorman mentioned as I walked in).
