Midday at Follies

I was back in Atlanta again for work and my meeting was done by 11am with a 6pm flight so I figured why not kill time at Follies. I got there at 11:30 and they weren't really open yet but the valet guy was already there and got mad at me for parking my car myself. I gave him $10 and it was alright after that. The door girl wasn't really working but let me in for free and I had a beer while I waited for the show to start, which it did around noon. By 1pm, it was packed. I don't live in Atlanta but I travel here a few times a year for work and try to make a Follies stop if I can. There were a good number of dancers but I only saw one I recognized from my last visit in late summer last year. The talent was solid and very soon lots of the dancers were circulating for table dances. By and large they were all very good and a great deal at $10. One of the first girls that came by pushed hard for a VIP but last time I was in there it was so disgusting I decided never to do that again. She was insistent and went we to look and they were relatively clean, maybe because it was so early. I ended getting a VIP from her that was good but the value is really in the $10 table dances. I stayed until about 3 then headed to the airport. A good visit and a great place to kill a few hours if you're in Atlanta.
