Best Faux-Dive Club in Morgantown

The SO & I visited the Blue Parrot on a lark for a nightcap on a Saturday night/Sunday morning. It looks like a dilapidated building on the outside that shares space with a dry-cleaner (rumor was it use to be a seafood restaurant), but the inside is nicer, but not at all ritzy. Drinks are cheap for a stripclub, $4 for a decent pour, and the bartenders are cute, and know how to work a tip. It's a small venue, and you can see the guys getting lap dances (girls bikini only for lap dances) but it adds to the ambiance.

The 5-6 dancers on shift were all in their 20s, decent looking girls that would rate from a 5 (okay but nothing special) to a solid 9 (way too hot to be working in a cut-rate strip club). They do a good job of working the stage, lots of attention to the guys on the rail, but still working the crowd. Best of the bunch was Ginger, the solid 9 redhead who was a crowd favorite. We bought her a $10 dancers drink for 10 minutes of conversation after her set, but she was flooded with private lap dance requests, so we couldn't get any traction on what she was really like.

Overall, we would return again, maybe on a slower night, but it's a good joint for fun ;)
