Mediocre club for a mediocre town

I dont know why I decided to make the 1.5 hour drive to Campbell River of all places, but thought I'd check out the only other club available on the island, especially since its 2 days til their announced closing date. Though found out they're not permanently closing, just changing owners and will reopen after a few weeks of renovations and will still be a strip club.

The club looked physically run down, tablets and chairs were visibly old. Drink prices were cheap (~5 a beer). No more kitchen available due to incoming ownership change, but it may reopen. Bartender lady was nice, friendly, and informative about how things work at the club.

They do seem to bring in decent dancers. The quality of the dancers would probably vary depending on who is there, but they seem to bring in dancers from all over the place, including a lady that seem to be fairly well known for her shows where she plays with fire. So the stage dances were decent, clothes were removed at a reasonable pace. The usual you put down a tip, they give you a bit of attention. Some dancers left tippers trinkets (poster, fridge magnet) after the dance and signed them.
