Good club for dancers that like dives

I worked here a while ago and like it a lot. The management was the best I've ever encountered. Jimmy is a stand out and a great guy. House fees and tip out is reasonable for the area and earning potential at this club. Staff is friendly. The area surrounding the club really isn't so bad, I just think the white people reviewing this club are afraid of the scary people of color! The interior is long and a bit narrow. It's always hot as heck in this club for some reason. The dressing room is quite large.

The girls are nice. A variety of looks and demeanors, but typically the same cast of characters, particularly on day shift. A decent amount of older girls, primarily Caucasian and Hispanic, with a fairly aggressive hustle.

One thing I haven't noticed in the reviews is that the chanpagne room is mirrored and the mirror extends outside of it. So the bouncer has full view into the room by looking at the mirror. As a dancer it's hard for me to upsell more time in the room and for the customer obviously it's a drawback when otherwise the club is fairly permissive.

The atmosphere of the club can be a downer sometimes too as its slow often. Day shift is downright depressing and even weekday night shift is very slow a lot of the time. Weekends can get very busy but that often brings a lot of out of town dancers.

Overall, I really liked this club and would recommend it to girls that work on the weekend or that do dayshift typically.
