Patience is rewarded
After some time away, I came back to the Flamingo. Four months doesn't change much. Layout is plastic chairs around a stage in the center with bench seating and tables around the walls. High ceiling and plenty of room to walk, you won't feel claustrophobic. They keep the place clean enough, but Flamingo is not intended to be upscale or posh--it is a place to get lap dances and maybe more. Don't go to the club to watch dancers because as others have pointed out, the ladies just don't seem to be interested in dancing on the stage; and when they do, the enthusiasm isn't there. But that's not why I go to the club.
I go to the club to get dances. You can't beat the price of $10 per dance--just buyer beware. YMMV is the what this club is all about. Your first order of business when the ladies come up to you is assessing their "dance style." Never blindly accept a VIP offer. Today's visit was a perfect example. Cute Latina with a nice rack bounced up and gave me the Dirty Bird handshake which was a good start. A few minutes of chit-chat and she asked me if I wanted a VIP dance--"Come on, we'll have fun." When I countered with a 3 lap dance trial with some hand play, she hesitated and I knew she was not going to have the "fun" with her that I was looking for. She walked away.
It was a good 10 minutes before another girl (light skinned) came by. Negotiations took place, personal ground rules and expectations clearly outlined and the fine young lady and I did, in fact, "have fun" that we could all enjoy.
