Just Checking It Out

After hearing about Clutch from several different people my buddy and I decided to check this place out. We stopped in on the Saturday after New Years. The place isn't as roomy on the inside as it appears to be from the outside. The bar is positioned on the opposite wall from the entry door. On the left side of the bar is a small but adequate stage with seats around the stage. One the right side of the bar there are several tables. We visited several clubs that night so I don't remember if there was a cover. There were about 4 or 5 dancers working at that time and they were average to below average in appearance. The bartender was the best looking girl in the place, she was a thin tall blonde dressed really nice. During our visit only one dancer approached us, I don't remember her name but she was very annoying, friendly but annoying. The place wasn't busy at all, in fact the only time the girls danced was two or three times on stage and there were only two guys sitting at the stage. None of the other girls approached us so we finished our drink and left.

It wasn't a good first impression but I've been going to these places long enough to know sometimes it's hit or miss. I'll try it again two or three more times but right now I don't see it becoming one of my favorite spots.
