Good girls but not that fun

The club it self is large and fully-upgraded. It is clean and I had a comfortable time sit there. I can say that there were a lot hot girls about 10 of them are there. They have really have a variety type of girls. Blonde, latino, skinny, sexy, etc. With such a large shift of girls there were only like 5 customers. So you have plenty of time to talk to them and watch their performance. I decided to try some lap dances, however, they all had their top on. Though touch is allowed. I had a good time with some girls's dance. But I don't understand why a lap dance is top on?? Maybe I was fouled. Maybe it is their policy. Overall, I liked girls there, but not that fun.
