Went to Club Pussycat somewhat early on a Friday night, wanted to check out this place and a couple others on the block and then hit Hustler Club. Well, this place is very simple, its just a long single room with a bar on one side and behind the bar there is the stage for the dancers. Then I believe there is an area in the back/upstairs for lap dances, etc. So, you are sitting at the bar and then there's the bartender's walkway area and then the stage. I've seen this layout before in other places and I'm just not that in to being far from the stage. Like almost 10ft away. Anyways, the place seemed a bit ghetto to me, there weren't very many people or dancers in there, and the whole routine of "would you like to buy the lady a drink" for $25 so she hangs out with you is not really the approach I would prefer. If I am spending $25 I would like to make it rain for a minute while I see a stage dance, not have a chat with a clothed dancer. Or pay a few more dollars for a lap dance. Maybe the bargain at this spot is to go in the back but with that kind of start I was too disappointed to even bother. BTW, have been to 10-15 clubs in the DC and Baltimore area and have rarely felt like I got so little out of the experience. In fact after that I sent to Little Darlings (much better, still quiet but good layout and cheap beers!) and then Hustler Club (fantastic! best overall club I have been to in the area hands down. although not a bargain, lol).
