Visited: Thursday Evening

I submitted the update that the club had re-opened and had some time Thursday night for a visit. The parking lot was more filled than in past, but that might be because of the club re-opening and the large staff. I'll preface this by letting everyone know that this is owned by the Platinum Plus folks in Allentown. I've never been to Platinum Plus but from what I read, the policies are very similar here. The entrance is the very similar but there isn't a small window to pay like there had been at times. You walk in and to the left is the cashier and a license reader. Yep, they swipe your license. Cover was $10, change was given in $2 which is completely annoying. The cashier said I could get ones in the club, but if that's the case, why not just hand them to me there?

Inside, you still hang a right to get to the action. Smoking is still allowed, but it wasn't pervasive. The restrooms are still where they were, directly in front down a short aisle. A bathroom attendant is there, and the dude stands right by the door instead of by the sinks, so he can watch two people use the urinal. Back to the club. The bar area along the wall as you entered is gone. In its place was a small buffet table setup and pizzas were brought out, but I don't know if this will be common. Further down, right by the former entrance to the VIP rooms is a small beer tub/bar area. Bud Lights were $4.50 each. There is new decor, the rugs are completely new and the stage has been re-done. Most of the space is taken up by small tables with dim lights to establish an intimate setting. The pool tables to the left and both large TVs are gone. There are 4 to 5 smaller TVs scattered about should you want to watch sports or whatever. The pool tables have been replaced by the aforementioned tables and a small stage for one dancer was also located there. I saw only one dancer on that stage all night.

The entrance to the dancer's lounge area is straight back as it had been. The shower stage, which was between the dancer's lounge and main stage, has been replaced with a bar area. There wasn't much seating around it, but there was a lot of glass and a full liquor bar. The main stage has remained pretty much the same in size and number of poles. The shape has changed to more of a blocky figure 8, and the indentations in the figure 8 are where the dancers enter and exit the stage. There are still two poles with seating all around the stage. The annoying DJ of years past was gone, and the last I saw he was at Tattletales.
