Under new management

Quite a lot has changed since its been Columbus Gold, most of the previous employers have gone for one reason or the other. When you walk in you pay the standard cover (which escapes me for now since military gets in free) as soon as you are greeted the door girl radios in to the staff "party of two, party of three or however many people are with you etc" so when you walk in you are then greeted by a friendly doorman (a nice gesture, but a little much for a club of this calibur) who then proceeds to ask you where you'd like to sit what type of girls you're into etc. I responded that I prefer to sit at the bar and I'd know the girl when I see her. To which he responded I think I know a girl for you, from what I could see there were about 5 or 6 girls and about 4 customers.

The bartender Elle is by far the best looking girl in the club. She recognized me from her previous club and took a couple shots with me. And gave me a Yuengling all the drinks were appropriately priced. At about this time the doorman brought out a door from the back room and basically assigned her to me. I suppose she was cute but she just wasn't my type, she was tall maybe 5'11or 6 ft without heels glasses with dark hair, but her teeth were a little jacked. After a few moments of awkward conversation she ask me if I was up for a dance, it seems af if the standard $35 dollar dance is simply out of the question in this club as most dancers respond "well it's a better deal if you do 15 minutes or a half hour". I simply was not interested in paying over $150 for a dance by someone that I was not absolutely blown away by. She eventually gave up and proceeded to the back, out of all the girls none of them really caught my so after about an hour in place I decided to stop waisting their time and mine. As I cashed out with Elle she handed me a couple passes and told me next time to buy a champagne room with her. So maybe that's something to look forward to next time. Maybe I'll stop in on a weekend and see. But such a shame CG used to be such a good time.
