Pretty good. For the first few minutes after I walked in I was under whelmed and a little worried. The place felt fairly blue collar - both the customers and the dancers. The room set up is one stage at the back of the room with club chairs arranged around tables filling up the rest of the room and more club chairs against the walls. This arrangement wasn't very good for watching the dancers -most of the chairs were too far away from the stage. Dancers not on stage circulated through the room soliciting lap dances, which are done right where you sit - no privacy at all, and so fairly stringently hands at the side, no contact. Several of the dancers that wandered by weren't my type: too heavy, silicone boobs, or too many tattoos or piercings. I was starting to think about leaving and driving over to Christies, when D_, a slender, petite, natural-chested dancer asked if I would like a dance. When I asked her about the lap dance rules, she recited the standard litany of no touching except legs and back. However, when she started, she quickly began rubbing her breasts across my face and her nipples across my mouth. After the promise implied by this first lap dance, I asked about the VIP dances and rules: $25 each, 3 dance minimum, more privacy but the same rules. Off we went - and the rules seemed to quickly melt. Fondling her breasts and bottom, and kissing her nipples were encouraged. Although the Hi-Liter is topless only because alcohol is served, she pulled her thong aside to give me a good look down below. Technically the VIP area is still supposed to be no contact - a bouncer did check every few minutes, and did warn another patron to keep his hands at his side - but the way the VIP area is set up it is fairly easy to see the bouncer coming so I had no problems. After a sweet but too short set of dances, I had exhausted my budget for the evening and had to retire.

Good points: easy to find, low cover ($5, no drink minimum) secure parking (but skip the $5 "VIP" parking up front - park farther back for free, walk an extra dozen steps and save the $5 for the cover charge or lap dances). In the VIP area, probably the best two way contact in the Phoenix area.

Bad points: The dancer to customer ratio seemed worse than average for a early on a Saturday evening. Most of the dancer were so-so, ranging around 6-7, with the occasional higher standout (D_ was a solid 9)
