It's not Erv's anymore

Had dent been here in several years, and last time it went by Erv's. If you were familiar with the old club layout, place has completely changed. I do like the fact that now the girls are not what seemed like a mile away when dancing (the old club had an elevated stage behind the bar, and to tip you either had to throw your money up on the stage or have the bar tender hand it to the girls). I do like the fact now that they can come right to your chair or table and sit right down on your lap and do some grindage right there. Gone, though, are the hot college girls and in are the more "professional" stripper types and with that comes the higher $ that they demand. Afternoon I was there there were probably 8 or so dancers (a couple of strung out looking white girls, a plump and a skinny AA, 3 Latino girls, and a cute tiny Asian girl with absolutely no tits, plus a1 or 2 that I couldn't really get a look at). Dancers were for the most part friendly, usually sitting on your lap and light grinding for a few bucks, and almost all wanted you to buy them an overpriced drink. Buddy I was with went back for a private dance (not in VIP, just private dance area) with one of the Latino girls, and when he came out told was a total waste of time, absolutely no privacy. Girl did try to upsell to VIP area where extras may or may not be available, but was some crazy number just to go back there and wouldn't discuss anything extra till back there so he decided to decline without any type of guarantee. I wasn't really feeling the vibe there either, so we finished our beers and left.

I don't know if I will return. The Lehigh Valley used to be a happening place but over the past decade or so it has really changed. I do know that there has been a crack down in the area on not only SC (and several good ones have either closed or really restricted "extra curricular activities"), but also at the massage parlors in the area. Think next time I'm in the area I'll cross the river and go into Jersey.
