I've been to Carl's many times over the years and as many have said in their reviews the quality of dancer isn't always the highest rated. The weird rules about dancers wearing pantyhose to get away with calling it a fashion show instead of a gentleman's club all make for a unique experience. Stone/Melrose Park is an oddity of itself as well. Not really part of Chicago but not a typical suburb it defies categorization. I ended up here after spending a few hours at J's bar up the street. The dancers there seemed more interested in talking to regulars than making money with everyone. I cut out and decided that since it was after 4pm, Carl's might have what I was looking for. It was crowded and had about a half dozen girls waddling around. If you like BBW, you will be in heaven. One girl stood out from the pack. A very slender blond who was returning to the dance world after a change in her life made it necessary to seek supplemental income. I cant tell you how many college educations I have contributed to over the years. After a few minutes of casual conversation we moved to the back row of high top tables where business gets taken care of. Not the best venue for a good grind but my slim sweetie worked all the angles and got a real good grind going. I would say this was the best dance I had ever gotten at Carl's and that's even going back to the old location. This girl only will be working on Friday and Saturday on the early shift as she has a regular gig during the week. A_____N is her name and is very much recommended should you find yourself out in the sticks.
