Idle at Arine's for an hour or so

After being disappointed with Skybox, I decided to try Arnie's. I came here on a Sunday night. Parking was no problem and I pleasantly surprised how well-lit the area was despite the “scary place” reviews I read. The bouncer was away, and this guy was at the door who I’m surmising is the girls’ “gofor” as I saw him go out and return with food for a few of them throughout the evening. The guy was easy going and after looking in and seeing it near empty I spoke with him for a few. He ended up charging me $10 to enter, even though I read it should have been $15. I walked to the bar and got a beer. The girl at the bar was attractive, and knew how to mix a drink. I did not have anything but beers, but watched her talk up customers while making drinks. A short while later, the real bartender shows up … I guess she is in training?? The evening was off to an odd start. As previous reviewers have noted, when the club is near empty, you are descended upon like vultures to carrion. The usual crotch grab was attempted… which I staved off until I saw a girl I liked. I must have spoken with five girls, all black, mostly on the heavy side, before I settled on this shapely bevy of deliciousness. We spoke about what brought me to the club and our day thus far then she asked me if I knew how the club “worked”. I nodded in the negative and she gave me the rundown. Since I’m not looking for “extra attention”, it was a few dances some more light-hearted conversation and I was on my way. The dances were fully nude and no limits to my roaming hands. I sampled another smaller girl with tats on her left arm who was equally eager to be fondled. There were maybe 10-15 girls here on this night including one girl who...well, let’s just say she’s a purple heart. She chatted me up and took my firm “No thanks” like a champ. The ladies here know the entire business, the drink request from the first girl I decided on (well she probably decided on me) came with the polish of a NY shoe shiner.

Two things learned. 1. There is no real “dancing” here. Sure there are girls who do their turns on the stage but it is not stylized and little effort is put out by the newbies or veterans …I don’t think I saw a single one of the more attractive girls hit the stage during my time here. Do not expect any fancy tricks or stage work . The faux dancing stuff on stage is really for the idle LOL. 2. It is highly, highly unlikely that this place will be visited by the police; undercover or otherwise, or shut down because of what happens here. ut... I'm certainly no authority but.. I spoke with 3 persons on this visit who all alluded to this when I asked about the goings-on. The best response was simply"...that's just not how things work here in clubs near Chicago". ..good enough for me.. Anyone who's spent any time talking to the girls here knows what I'm talking about.
