My New Year's Eve Block Crawl part 2.

This was the second club on my New Year's eve block crawl. As I entered and walked down the steps to this basement club, I immediately could smell like something akin to mildew. Not a good start, and let's say strike 1 here. So I get to the bar area and there were about 7 white girls to 3 black girls for dancers all about 5 in rating if you overlook their worn out look. The bartender was very irritated and raising his voice more times than not with the girls. I order my beer (forgot the price as I was still trying to gauge the place), and one of the black girl dancers comes up and sits next to me. She starts a little conversation, so I offer to buy her a drink and almost had to double take at the price ( $25). There was this skinny white girl completely naked on stage, but she seemed to be on another plane of existence than earth. The black dancer next to me quickly pushes this VIP room thing for $220 for the room not including her tip. All righty then. I informed her that was way too rich for me, thanks but no thanks. She immediately lowers her price down to $180 for the room. I say no thanks again, but I'd be willing to do some lap dances. She acts like she is not interested in lap dances and again pushes the VIP room. Uh-huh, strike two. She then insists on moving down the bar away from the front, so I agree and we sit down at the end near the makeshift tiny lap dance area, where a dancer was already there taking care of business. The bartender starts barking at the girls again and it drew my attention to them. I noticed the girls all had this lifeless way about them with dark shadows under their eyes. This place seemed more like what I imagine an opium den to be than a strip club. Perhaps that is why the bartender is on their asses to wake them up. The look of the girls like they were used up was strike 3 for me. I gave the black dancer who had been sitting next to me a little tip for her time, and left with my beer unfinished. Part 2 of my 4 part tour was like, HELL NO! I am not going back to this bar till they literally overhaul that place.
