Don't Know how They're Open

Very bad news on Risque. Visited late afternoon hoping there would be some dancers around, last time I was there was one sleeping on a chair. Since the raid, the city slapped them with a zoning violation and are requiring them to wear pasties. There was one dancer in jeans working(?). They can't get anyone to work with the restrictions and fear. Used to be an OK place, I liked the bartender, Brian, and we always have a nice chat, but he's the only reason I go now.
