Good grind dances here but the "take a number" system can have you waiting endlessly for a dance. Too many times, I've asked for a dance and the place closed before my number was called. Best time to go is right when they open but even then, an hour or two wait is still possible. VIP area is not much different from regular dance area except slightly better privacy, $60 more, and dancer doesn't get interrupted every 5 minutes when your time is up or she has to go back onstage.
