Dependable entertainment

Some things just shouldn't change. Had not been to Phoenix in months, but stopped by the BML as soon as my schedule permitted once I hit town. The physical layout of the club has been covered many times, and an afternoon visit to the BML is as dependable as it gets.

Sign outside said 7 girls in the rotation. Handed my $10 to Robert and asked if Unique was at the club today. I was pleased when he said that she was! Found a seat on the wall to the left of the stage. I am pretty sure the actual number of dancers was over 10. All the usual suspects, and a few new (to me) faces. A slender brunette was the first to come over and offer me something to drink. When I told her I was going to try to track Unique down, she just smiled and said that she would send her over.

Unique gave me a hug when she found me, and we made some small talk. She asked if I wanted to go back and do some dances right away, but I thought I would check out the rotation a bit. Clover was on stage just starting her 3 song set, and Unique just smiled and said she would let me check out the scenery and come back in a few minutes. I tipped a few bucks at the stage, and sure enough Clover came to chat after her set was done. The usual introductory questions were followed with an offer for some dances. I told her that my plans were to go back with Unique, but that I had always heard that her dances were the "gold standard" by which others are judged. She laughed at that and said she wasn't comfortable with that level of responsibility, she just tries to be nice to the customers so that they keep coming back. And so they do! Clover is blonde and has a very pretty smile. She may carry a couple of extra pounds, but she does so very well.
