BYOB Club
Let me start out by stating some facts and then I will express my opinions in the paragraphs after.
The Player's Club is a bring your own bottle (BYOB) club. Additionally, this is a membership club. You pay $25 for a membership card that last a whole year. This club is located in the east side of Baltimore. The building is a little run-down. It's somewhat nondescript from the outside with ample parking spaces. Walking in, you enter at tiny enclosed booth, where you pay the entrance / and membership fee. The entrance fee is another $15. After that, the lady behind the booth will buzz and unlock the next door for you to go in. Next, you step into a small room that's about 30 by 20 feet. To the left is a "bar" where you can buy bottled water. To the right there are two stages. The bigger one is near the center and the smaller one is toward the corner next to the front wall. Going pass this room, you will enter an open lap dance area.
I went on a Tuesday night. This club is close on Monday and open all other days from 7:45 PM to 2:00 AM. At 8 PM, it's a bit slow. There were about 5 patrons and 9 dancers - 7 whites and 2 blacks. The dancers are friendly and 6 to 8 in the look department. Today, only the center stage was open. After talking to one of the dancers, it seemed that the minimum criterion to open the second stage is to have at least 10 dancers.
