Hit or Miss
As many have mentioned, Band Aids is like a small neighborhood bar with a stage in back. I've stopped by over the years whenever Hi-Liter or Bourbon don't pan out, and this was another one of those times. Stopped by on a Saturday afternoon. Doorman is still trying to scan your driver's license. I politely refused, and they said "no problem."
There's a bar straight ahead with a couple of TVs. A mini stage is on the left that has a dancer during the busy times. It was empty at 5pm. The main stage is at the end of the bar, with about 20 or so hard industrial chairs surrounding it. Though uncomfortable, they work for the aggressive $10 lap dances here.
I've had some luck over the years in finding a diamond in the rough here. Most dancers are AA or latina, with some white girls. If you like big dancers, then this is the place. I was shocked to see what looked like a pregnant latina girl on stage. It wasn't a sight I wanted to see. Chatting with another dancer revealed that it's her "alcohol belly" as she called it - not a baby! Either way, I had paid to see something I didn't want to look at.
