Hollywood for the Holidays

I arrived about 10:30 PM, and was amazed at the lack of cars in the parking lot. I figured there had to be a lot of dancers trying to make money for Christmas, and there were, but the quality of dancers that you'd expect on a weekend night just wasn't quite there. The usual sports crowd wasn't out, because for some reason the Blues had an afternoon game as opposed to a usual Saturday night game at Scottrade, and there probably were a lot of holiday parties to go to with free or much cheaper alcohol. (Hey Bob, you should have run a $5 bottle beer promo or free admission!)It was not a typical weekend night on the East Side, and the dancers made it even more so. Only met one new dancer, Evasia, and the name right there tells you all you need to know. Evade and avoid would be the watchwords to describe this young one. Some couples heading back from parties came in to probably loosen the inhibitions for activities later on started arriving, but it was time to close the book on this holiday evening in WP.
