This'll be short, but it was day 3 of 3 in Arizona on my way thru early this past August. Had been to HiLiter only one other time with a friend that worked there, and my impressions were not favorable. Reading the many T-U (Thumbs-Up) reviews, I was looking forward to giving it a re-visit...un-escorted as it were!

Layout just strikes me as odd. a flat, open floor-plan with few nooks & crannies to feel more secluded. Was not impressed when I first visited a couple years ago. This trip, I saw little to no change in the club, but did notice on the way in that the parking lot was pretty full - its a small lot, but still had to park well to the back on a week day mid-afternoon. Didn't have much time, so had scanned a few TUSCL reviews beforehand, and (Thanks Guys!) I had a short list of names - or at least partial names - that I hoped to run into.

Barely ordered a beer and the DJ called up onto stage the one girl I'd seen consistently good reviews of... and there have been more since my visit. I found her attractive enough, and could not help but thro my ring in the hat as it were by tipping her on stage. As she came off, she stopped to chat with another gent and I figured I was out of there, but she made nice with him and broke away, headed my way.
