Thursday at Saturday Night Live
Saturday Night Live is easy to find as it is right on Federal not far from the freeway and just south of 80th. Parking was decent but it was a Thursday when I checked the place out. The door staff was friendly and it cost me $4 to get in. The club layout itself is a bit strange, however, as you enter into a bar and the dance floors are on the other side of a wall. You *can* see through to the other side, if you would rather sit in the bar itself. The place is a bit run down but the staff and friendliness of the girls more than made up for it. Music was decent and not so loud that you couldn't hold a conversation. The one thing I didn't care for is that it sometimes took forever for a waitress to come by and on one occasion I ended up going to the bar rather than wait.
The girls were a toss up, in my opinion. There wasn't a dancer that I felt was horribly unattractive but there were definitely a few that weren't to my taste. On the other hand, there were a couple of real knockouts, even on a Thursday. They were all very friendly and I didn't feel they were pushy at all. Please believe me when I say it was nothing compared to some of the clubs I went to in California. The woman I talked to primarily was great to talk to, funny, and not pushy in the slightest. Dance costs were on par for what I have seen out of state but I can't comment much on the local dancer economy.
All in all, I had a great time, didn't feel like I spent more than was comfortable, and enjoyed a couple of table dances. I'll definitely stop back in when I'm in the area with a few hours to kill.
