Fri aft @ Chicas

With some free time available decided to check out this club. Having never been, I scoured the reviews and immediately noticed the polarity in the ratings. PLs either seem to really like Chicas or the really don't.

Pulled into the parking lot. As one previous reviewer noted, it's a complete hazard. There are a few parking spaces in front of the door that were occupied. You continue up a driveway past the club with angled parking along the wall to your left. Then you come to a square cul de sac with about 6 spots. One spot available and I took it. The hazard scenario played out when I left. One car was trapped at the end of the cul de sac, two pickups were in line to pull into this dead end and I'm trying to back out and give one of them a shot at my space. It all worked out, but it's fender bender land back there.

Walked in, no cover (mid afternoon). Bar on the right, some tables on your immediate left. Lighting is dark, but not bad. Stage is middle of the room left and there are more tables further down. I took a seat at one of the open table right as you walk in. Place was nearly full further back by the stage.
