Once great club, hasn't changed, but no longer great.

I am not in the Tampa area often these days, but years ago it was a regular stop in my travels, and Mons V was a "must visit" whenever I was in the area. Last week I had some time to kill while on the FL west coast, so to Mons I went. I left Mons Venus after a two hour visit with two distinct impressions.

First, Mons hasn't changed much. It is still a relatively small club and still nude. Dancers generally appeared to be as hot as I remembered from several years ago, though my impression is that this time I saw more tats and more MILFs than in years past. The club did not appear to be too worn down, but if it has been remodeled in the past 10 - 15 years they didn't change the layout much. Dancers still offered full nude lap dances, in chairs around the edges of the club, for reasonable prices. And extras, ITC, just don't happen.

My second impression is that Mans V has been left far behind in the changing Strip Club scene. A decade ago what I described above was enough to make Mons Venus a legendary, nationally ranked club. Now, it struggles to earn a visit from tame locals. My expectations from a strip club surpassed the Mons model years ago. Now, an exciting club visit must include hot dancers willing to fondle and be fondled in a more private setting than offered at Mons. Now, a first rate club offers more than a stage show and a tip walk. Now, I expect to hear a menu of extras and receive digits for OTC. The world has changed, but Mons Venus didn't.
