Alright so here's the deal. All the ratings I gave are averages. The spread at this club is crazy.

First up, the club itself. Red Room is a hole in the wall at best. There's a stage with a pole behind the bar, a beaded private dance room off to the side, and a VIP room... somewhere. The private dance room has a waist-high wall separating it from the bar, and beaded curtains from the waist up. The chairs are leather and comfortable, but they're not wide enough for girls to comfortably face you while dancing. The setup is exactly the same as a small club in Bangkok called Afterskool, except here you're probably not gonna get a blowjob sitting at the bar ITSELF. There's usually a dancer up on the stage, and the rest are walking around the bar hunting for drinks.

Which are 25 dollars. To buy a girl a drink and have her talk to you for a bit. This is the low end of the value spectrum. The high end of the spectrum is when they talk to you about getting a dance (which I assure you, they will). Private dances are 90 for 20 minutes or 110 for 30 minutes. Plus whatever tip you think is appropriate (the girl I was talking to, whose name starts with a T and is the same as a popular singer who likes to shake it off, said she recommends 60). This may seem steep, but the girls all assure you when you go back there that you can get away with a lot. T-Swift told me that 170 for a lame lap dance would be super disappointing, and wants to make sure everyone leaves happy.
