Almost forgot about a stop at...

Almost forgot about a stop at the HH earlier this fall. Probably because it was pretty forgettable, compared to earlier visits. Still the same neighborhood bar atmosphere, but distinctly older & thicker girls. No coed types in sight--which makes no sense with all the colleges around there. You can still get a nice mutually touchy-feely dance on those straight back chairs along the wall for $10. But it seemed like the girls working were spending most of their time talking to each other or some pretty grungy looking regulars. Seems like a business-looking guy would be of interest to them--but not that night. Had a few dances but no one really stood out. Rather mechanical. Too bad because a couple of years ago, the Hugger was a really unique experience, with lots of hot young dancers. Hopefully I hit a bad night--but I'm guessing NOT.
