This club can be hit or...

This club can be hit or miss. Unfortunately, the misses are pretty bad. There has been a lot of work on the club since I was in a few years ago. The VIP area has been expanded. And the lounge opposit main stage is re-modeled. I went in on a Wed evening about 10PM. Croud seemed light. Lots of space around the main stage. But every table was dirty. Half empty glasses everywhere. I sat for about 15 minutes and never even had a waitress come by. One dancer did stop by and asked if some one had waited on me and then left to find a waitress. Never did get one. 30 minutes later, I was out of there.

Seems like I visit Joy about every 2 years just to see if it has changed. It hasn't.
