Not sure when San Antonio changed

Went here on a Friday night when in town for business. Arrived around 1:00am. The girls were hot, and there were plenty, but no one above a C-cup except for the waitresses. However, something strange was going on- no one was taking off their top. Not the girls on stage and not the girls giving dances. I did get one dance from a very hot latina girl, and there was plenty of 2 way contact. $20 back in the "VIP lounge." It was a great dance, but she kept her top on. I could see some of the other people getting dances, and those girls were all keeping their tops on as well. I got a dance her a while back during the day, and it was topless. So, not sure what was going on. Again, had a great dance, but no bare breasts. So, just something to know. Otherwise, good time!
