Still the Best Value in Phoenix

Showed up at the Hi-Liter on a Friday afternoon. Was not as busy as I have found it on some Fridays but still a decent crowd. Haven't been here in months but still see many of the same girls along with some new faces. Still 10 dollar floor dances with 15 dollars along the wall. In my opinion, the same quality of dance floor or wall so long as you pick the right dancer. Don't know much about VIP as I never partake.

Had a dance from one of the regulars. Forget her name but she's Russian. Very hands on and well worth the 10 dollars. The vibe seems pretty similar to the last time I was there. The Hi Liter is what it is. Kinda dirty and a bit sleazy but probably the most bang for your buck of any strip club in Phoenix.
