Need to be careful, but an amazing place

I stopped by here on my last visit to San Diego. I parked my car over the border and walked in, then took a cab to the club. Went during the day, as I was a bit afraid of wandering Tijuana at night (for good reason). If your spanish is not great, you may have trouble finding a waiter or a girl who speak english. Girls can be a bit pushy, but the fact that it's a brothel and can have sex after your lap dance makes this the best club ever and well worth any other issues.

Prices are very reasonable by US standards, beer is still $5 but can get mixed drinks for pretty little compared to a US club. Also get free limo back to the border, which is nice. Only worth it if you have Global Entry and don't have to wait 3 hours on line to get back to the US.
