MG+

This review is based on afternoon and evening visit. Mardi Gras (MG) has become my afternoon go to place when traffic is bad, which is all too common in Atlanta. MG is good place to chill with friends but don't expect mileage from the dancers.

First, the girls. Our reason to come to the club. Mardi Gras has some great looking younger girls. Most are white, with a few black / Latina girls. MG is beginning club for lots of girls, before they go on to the fancier clubs in the area if they like to be strippers. The normal 3 song rotation for the girls dancing on 3 different stages. They give air dances for $10 downstairs, and friendlier $20 dances upstairs. Mileage on the dances tends to be very very low. I would suggest getting some dances downstairs first to see how the girl does. A big push for VIP but I did not partake. The servers are some of the best in the area.

Second, the layout. A really big club with downstairs and upstairs. Most patrons hang out downstairs as that is where all the stages are. Upstairs has more private dance area, dancer changing room, VIP, and pool tables. We normally play a couple of games of pool and BS with the girls before/after they do their thing in the changing room. Best lighting in the club to get best views of the girls. Most of the girls are pretty nice and not as burned out as the other clubs. It has lots of smaller HD TVs scattered around the club for viewing sports, and one giant analog TV near the DJ booth that looks cheap in the digital age. Finding this club the first time is hard, my best advice is when you pull off I-285 head for the Publix and Mardi Gras is right next door. Occasionally MG has free afternoon buffet, and I heard 'Taco Tuesday' but I have not made it over there on a Tuesday.
