Not impressed

First time here, and I was worried that it would be crowded because of all the trucks in the parking lot. It was about 7:30, but I got in without cover because they were finishing up construction, or so I was told by the girl that would have normally collected cover. She also warned me that the lights were bright because of the construction, and yes they were. There were guys in tool belts finishing up what looked like a rebuild of the stage. There was a long bar with a few TVs opposite the stage, and several table, chairs and couches aroud the rest of the club. It was actually pretty crowded, but I managed to find a stool at the bar that was flanked by two more empty seats so a girl could join me. None did. They were all too busy with their regulars.

A beer was four dollars, and the bartender was nice, friendly, but homely. I saw maybe one or two girls that I was interested in, but they were all sitting down with their regulars. There was no music or dancing because of the lights and construction. I normally would have gotten up to walk around and check out the privacy of the VIP area or lap dance rooms, but it was too crowded with the extension cords for power tools and all the chairs and tables moved around for the construction.

Judging by some of the other reviews, I was hoping for at least a little bit of fun, but it wasn't going to happen that night. One beer, and I was out and off to see the Tampa clubs.
