Primo now known as Scores updated review
I reviewed this club several months ago. This is an updated review. Since then, a lot has changed. They now have the Scores name, it isn't Primo's anymore. The club has pretty much doubled in size. Cleaned up quite a bit. The bar has new stools, and the club has new carpeting. The new part is separate from the existing part and has its own stage. The new part is a restaurant with really good food. Try the penne with vodka sauce or the steak. Fries are great too. And the prices are pretty fair considering they give you a good portion. I ate there and left full.
For New Haven, which is a backwater to New York, they are upping the classiness from the past clubs. Maybe there is new management. Some of the older pushier dancers are gone now. There are quite a few nice looking ones. This is a diverse club with a good selection of black, latina, and white dancers. When I visited there were about 7 dancers working. All of them were a 7 or better. They didn't all stay out front, several stayed in the back for an extended period of time. But not any more than most clubs. A couple of the dancers get up close and personal with me, but this isn't an extras club as far as I can tell. Actually the shot girls and bar tenders are just as hot as the dancers, or more so.
It's in an urban area but it's a safe atmosphere. Good security measures. Parking on the street right by the door or there's a private lot in the back. All well lit. Lap dances are 25 per song. I got a lap dance from a skinny brunette dancer a little more than a month ago with lots of contact. Didn't get a lapdance this most recent time.
