Pin Ups Ain't So Bad, Dancer Wise

It's been a great while since I've been back to Pin Ups. Over a year and some change. This club often competes with Blaze to take the crown of the #1 $5 strip club in Atlanta (although both are technically not in the city of Atlanta). Some dancers migrate back and forth between the two whenever one club is busier than the other. I will give the slight edge to Blaze simply because they have a larger amount of thick dancers. However, Pin Ups have some good quality dancers as well and it wasn't any different on my recent afternoon visit.

I arrived here to visit a dancer friend that I originally met at Blaze a while back. She was back in town for a few days and was dancing at Pin Ups during her stay. I came in shortly after 3:00 P.M. and stayed until 8:00. No cover charge until 5:00 which after that you pay five bucks I believe. The layout of the club is as follows: In the front area where you will be pat down at consists of a vending machine, a couple of ATM's in the front, and the restrooms to the right. To the left is the main area which has a large high stage in the center. There is a mighty long bar with bar stools to the right as you enter (they remove the bar stools on weekend nights). Some small cocktail tables and chairs along with a "VIP" section for high chairs and tables on the other side. The "VIP" section is freely viewable yet one has to pay ten bucks for this so-called special seating. I think it is pointless to charge during the daytime because there are plenty of seats available. Just another nickel-and-diming hustling method to me. The adjacent room is mostly a game room with another bar and some pool tables. The room adjacent to the game room is the real VIP area. It contains yet another bar and plenty of chairs and tables. This area is primarily used for large bachelor parties and entourages. There is also an upper platform of approximately 10 private VIP rooms with a thin black curtain.

Because my dancer friend had me on lockdown the entire time that I was there, I wasn't able to sample any of the other girls (although a couple did approach me whenever my dancer was briefly gone). I did observe dances from other customers and it seemed to be limited contact. There's some boob and ass touching but that was it as far as I saw. There were around 15 dancers there, all black. Customers were mostly black but there were two older white men present. I would say the quality overall was around an 8. Very pretty thick girls. I didn't see any small or petite women although there could have been one. From what my dancer friend was telling me, there is a lot of jealousy in this club and the girls will often try to steal a dancer's regular. Whether it's true or not, I don't know but I don't come here often enough to consider that as a potential issue to me so I'm safe :)
