early saturday evening visit

was rolling thru the city and wanted to stop by for a drink. its right next door to secrets and it appeared to be a bit more popping from the ouside. strolled in around 6, there were the usual suspects who all seemed to know each other and limited # of girls. the lady behind the bartender was taking all drinks/checking membership/food orders. they wanted 1 dollar for membership card - didn't care for ID for address. domestic beer was 3.75. no one up front at the door or at the first bar that you see coming in. there is a stage for one up front with a small # of tables and chairs, and the bar is nestled far back. the girls were completely not interested. they stuck around on their phones. some just sat in the corner to smoke. yes, they definitely do allow smoking here. didn't really feel it here, watched some college football and headed out, probably won't be coming back.
