still cant figure this club out

I stopped in here a week ago on a Thursday afternoon for my second visit in two months and I'm still puzzled as to how this club operates. They recently remodeled the larger bar in the back so it is now against the wall of the members only area reducing the seating around the bar by about a third. there were a handful of girls but most of them were sitting together having some kind of discussion, they were dissing a certain customers with the bartender, a pretty Dominican girl who recently changed her hair from long and dark to an unflattering blond (possibly a wig). I ordered a beer and sat there for about 25 minutes, but none of the dancers in the establishment was appealing to my taste. The vibe in the room was weird and I was approached by a few different girls but as I said none of them were my type. My previous visit was also an afternoon visit, mid week in October, and the same bartender was much friendlier then. It seemed like something has changed but I'm not sure what it was but it felt uncomfortable.

This place has always been an up and down kind of club for years, from about 2010 to 2012 it was pretty good with a large crowd after work but since it changed owners a few years ago they seem to be trying to push their private membership and go more upscale but the building is an a busy are with a lot of traffic and it seems like it should be busier but their drink and dance prices pushed the afternoon crowd to Cheetah nearby with lots more dancers, free lunch , and better prices for drinks and dances. I might stop in again in a few months to see if there is an improvement but I doubt that this will ever be a club that I list among my favorites.
