first-timer walkthrough

Because TUSCL has been so helpful in preparing me to check out this club, I wanted to give back with an updated first-timer "how-to" as another log of how to get there, what to expect, and recent changes with Hong Kong that may be different from older ones in the past. It's long, but hopefully comprehensive enough if another first-timer like me wanted a one-stop walkthrough on how to do it.

TL;DR: Go visit, it's safe. Bring your passport booklet/SENTRI card and cash. Have a great time. It's no place I've otherwise ever seen in the US. See it for yourself.
