One of the great YMMV's I've seen
This is a club that is ALL about finding that one girl. The layout sucks, the atmosphere of the front area is frat-house basement and the lighting is as bright as a office building.
The layout: I HATE it when the bar faces away from the stage. This club is tiny, so you can either sit at the bar with your back to the dancers, or you can sit on the rail (and you'll probably be the only one there), meaning you have to interact with every dancer and wait through multi-song sets of those you're not interested in. I want to be able to casually appraise the talent without having to have a discussion with each and every one. Unless you walk up to each of them individually and say "Hi, I'm Joe, and I'm not interested," you'll be sitting at the bar and get a tap on the shoulder, and more often than not, it will be from a girl you don't want a dance from, and then the semi-painful polite-decline conversation that goes along with it.
The atmosphere: SO bright. Zero "club" atmosphere. I was there late afternoon/early evening, so I understand there is a rear VIP area at night, but man, the front is as un-sexy as it gets. Very low stage, non-dancing girls sitting next to the stage for lack of anywhere else to sit, old and busted furniture...generally ratty.
