Great club -- Good Time

My travels took me through Waco last week. I never knew Waco had strip clubs, being the 'buckle of the bible belt' and all. So, I had to check one out. After reading reviews, Showtime seemed like the best choice. Two Minnies had been recently cited by LE and Sonny's did not have good reviews.

Easily found the club and parked on the side in the dirt parking lot. Paid $5 to the door man for entrance. He said there were 12 girls working. They were mostly white, with 2 AA women. Some stayed in the private area that I did not see well. The club is not big. As you walk in, the bar is on your left. There are some coin-operated games and poker on the right. The stage is directly in front of the door with the bathrooms and DJ booth beyond. The front of the club has about 15 tables. The room was dark, but lit enough to get around. Decor was nice but older. Bathroom was serviceable and clean. This is definitely a smoking-friendly club. There is also another room on the left for private dances. I did not get a private dance, but the room was active with many patrons and dancers enjoying themselves in various levels of intimacy. There were no barriers in the private room and it was easy to see what was going on.

I found a table and a waitress quickly appeared. She asked me for ID and carefully scrutinized it as my picture does not look much like me being several years and only a few haircuts old. She was very friendly and chatted for a bit. I got a bottle of water as I don't drink -- $2, paid five and the waitress was happy to keep the change. There were no girls on stage and no music playing at first. There was one other patron in the front stage area with me who was enjoying the company of a pretty blond with dark-rimmed nerdy glasses on. I was quickly joined by a dancer who was enjoying some scotch on the rocks. She was very pretty with blond hair and a slim figure. Great conversation, she apologized for wearing a jacket to keep warm. I said I could tell she was well-shaped and appreciated the jacket tease. We talked for a few minutes as some more patrons sat down. Then the manager got the girls together at the DJ booth, the music started, and the dancers started to dance.
