Very slow afternoon at PT's

I haven't been to PT's Evans in about eight months, and this visit was a bit of a disappointment. The place has the same appearance -- rather run down and dilapidated, especially the exterior. The interior has a musty smell and a lot of the furniture is cracking and in need of repair.

This was a Tues afternoon visit and it was really dead. I usually prefer the weekday afternoons because the dancer-to-customer ratio is the very highest, and the attention, mileage, and value is usually the highest. However, the dancers on Tues were the lowest quality I've ever experiences. At the tip rail, there was a middle-aged, slightly-flabby, dancer that did her best to grind near my face. She had a sweet personality, but she had clearly been onstage for a while and needed a shower. She sat with me afterwards and I enjoyed the conversation, but I just wasn't attracted to her. There was only one other dancer during the visit (maybe others were hiding in the dressing room) and the other dancer was even less attractive. Overall I've had much better luck at this club on Thurs afternoon. Maybe one should avoid this place on Tues.

The atmosphere was really blue-collar that afternoon with lots of biker dudes drinking beer and smoking. Next time I think I'm off to Tequila Willie's for a more upscale experience.
