Not Customer Oriented

I used to enjoy coming here, even thought I am a teetotaler and not a big spender, I came for the gorgeous dancers. In the past year or so, this is simply not a fun place for me. They have become more insistent on having a drink at all times, etc.

This visit, I paid the $10 cover and entered, only to find that there was no dancer on stage, not a single dancer at the bar, and none evident at any table. I immediately turned around and left, requesting my money back. Total elapsted time less than a minute. I was refused a refund: "policy.: I pointed out that they had sold me a show and they have no show. No refund.

I asked to see a manager. After waiting 15 minutes, a manager appeared and insisted there is a "no refund" policy. Again, I pointed out that they had sold me a show and they have no show. I stood pat until he relented, at which point he proudly said how great they were because they granted me a refund. I pointed out that was only after he wasted 15 minutes of my time over something that should be a no-brainer.
