Disappointed in Scarlett's

I read a lot about this club and my wife and I wanted to visit on our recent trip to South Beach. Well, we are football fans and went on Thursday night as it would be a great place to catch the end of the football game and then partake in the strip club fun. Our normal hangout is Rick's in New Orleans and we really like the girls there and a number of other clubs. Unfortunately, we were not impressed by the dancers at Scarlets as most of them were over weight. I know it must have been an off night and we stayed till 2am to see if it would get better, but it did not. Don't get me wrong, there were a few 7's in the crowd but for the most part the general description was 5'3" and about 140-150 pounds. To add to our disappointment, none of the dancers seemed interested in being there or trying to make eye contact with the patrons. We were looking forward to having a little fun with some of the girls, but that just did not materialize. To top it off, we had that 30 minute drive back to south beach. Anyway, I am sure the club is good at times but would stick to Friday or Saturday for visiting. Too bad there are no good strip clubs on Miami beach, its a great spot for it and the vibe is right.
